Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Technician

Location: Stadbroke, Eye
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shifts: Monday to Friday

• Week 1: 6:00am – 2:15pm
• Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (alternating weekly)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our Technical Team and help maintain the highest standards across our production site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily quality and compliance checks across the site
• Inspect products at all stages of production to ensure they meet specifications
• Monitor and assess incoming raw materials for consistency and integrity
• Ensure shelf-life testing is completed, documented, and failures reported
• Complete and review production paperwork accurately
• Maintain retention samples in line with internal policies
• Calibrate testing probes as required
• Report any quality issues promptly to your line manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a QA role (essential)
• Food manufacturing experience (essential)
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred, not essential)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to use initiative and work independently
• Flexible and adaptable to business needs
• Basic IT skills
• Confident, proactive, and keen to learn
